The breakage will not reappear after the repair unless contaminants set in before repair. A breakage should be repaired as soon as possible by our technicians to improve the overall finishing of the job.

If my windscreen has more than 1 breakage? Can they be all repaired?
Theoretically, yes. But it is the best to allow our technician to physically inspect the breakage and provide our customer the best solutions.
What bonding technology do you use?
We use bonding agents that are specially used for windscreen repairs. It has the same refractive index as the windscreen which will blend well with it. We have a wide range of resins to select from for different breakage and crack lines.

If I do not repair the breakage, what are the factors involved?
The PVB (lamination between the glass) will start to shrink as there is approximately 20% moisture content in it. Losing of this moisture in the lamination will greatly compromise the integrity of the windscreen and the breakage will become more obvious over time. It may lead to total loss of windscreen.
How much time is needed to perform a windscreen repair?
The average repair time only takes about 20 to 40 minutes. It is very much depending on the severity of the damage. If the damage is a crack line, it should not take more than 90 minutes.
